We meet in the beautiful and modern parish
church dedicated to Our Lady under her title of
Mount Carmel.
The building is about forty years old and is
designed quite definitely to express the
liturgical reforms of the Second Vatican
Council.
It has a beautifully plain interior with
a central altar table. Although quite large, it
gives a sense of intimacy. Stations of the Cross
are around the interior walls and there is a
magnificently prayerful and intimate Blessed
Sacrament Chapel where our Thursday morning
Eucharist is celebrated.
In the octagon above the altar are some
beautiful stained glass windows with the words
of the Hail Mary and to either side, in shallow
transepts, are windows with Eucharistic motifs.
